Been an athlete my entire life.  'coulda been pro' in a few sports.  

In the past 36 months - 'pound for pound' strength and weightlifting stats.

Weight:   Depending on day and workout routine (event training regimen)

125 lbs. - 142 lbs.

Sidenote*All strength training, perhaps ironically, completed organically and natural without supplements.  LOTS of, however, Caffine and Tobacco.

Max Bench press (Smith Machine): 280 lbs. 1 or 2 reps

Max Squat (Smith Machine): 475 lbs. 3 - 6 rep

Max Curls (Dumb bells):  85lbs per arm  - Max Machine Curls (beyond machine limits): 200lbs (both arms) 10 - 20 reps

Leg Press (Manuel Machine): 1,700lbs 6-10 reps


CARDIO:

Cycling speed (machine): Average 21 mph for 2 hours

Treadmill:  Average 6 minute miles for 3 miles and 7 minute miles for 5 miles
